A Haven of Comfort and Care

The staff extended such kindness. They held my bags securely on my final day, which eased my travel anxieties. I also appreciated the swift airport transfer provided upon arrival, a thoughtful and efficient service. The radio playing softly in both the room and bathroom gave such a good, homey feeling.

The lighting in the hallways felt dim, it made the ambiance a bit too dark for my preference. Brighter lights might improve the overall mood and visibility.

The hotel location is near the metro. This made getting around the city easy. The breakfast was good with a decent selection. The staff was helpful when I needed something.

My room lacked air conditioning. This made it uncomfortably warm. The bar was often out of my beer choice during happy hour. The orange juice at the bar costed a lot.

The staff were friendly and quick when responding to questions.

The air conditioning was not working and that was a big problem. I had to open the window to get some fresh air. This let in a lot of street noise and disturbed my sleep.

the air conditioning was not functional . this made the room unbearably hot, so i had to open the window. opening the window let in a lot of street noise (i found this disruptive).
