A Haven of Comfort and Care

The staff extended such kindness. They held my bags securely on my final day, which eased my travel anxieties. I also appreciated the swift airport transfer provided upon arrival, a thoughtful and efficient service. The radio playing softly in both the room and bathroom gave such a good, homey feeling.

The lighting in the hallways felt dim, it made the ambiance a bit too dark for my preference. Brighter lights might improve the overall mood and visibility.

The hotel location is near the metro. This made getting around the city easy. The breakfast was good with a decent selection. The staff was helpful when I needed something.

My room lacked air conditioning. This made it uncomfortably warm. The bar was often out of my beer choice during happy hour. The orange juice at the bar costed a lot.

the hotel provided complimentary water. our room was quiet and spacious with large beds. we found many nice restaurants nearby. the location felt very convenient.

convenient location spacious room dim lighting grubby window

the location is very convenient to get around the downtown area the room was very spacious and quiet with large beds i found fresh sheets and towels every day that was appreciable too. i also had water in my room

the hallway lighting was very dim our room was dark i found the windows very grubby so cleaning them would improve the lighting situation. the toilet roll was not replaced on each clean

Acceptable stay with drawbacks

The staff were friendly and quick when responding to questions.

The air conditioning was not working and that was a big problem. I had to open the window to get some fresh air. This let in a lot of street noise and disturbed my sleep.

the staff were professional. the room was clean upon arrival. the location is convenient (it is close to transportation). i found breakfast available daily.

the air conditioning was not functional . this made the room unbearably hot, so i had to open the window. opening the window let in a lot of street noise (i found this disruptive).
